We are delighted that you have chosen our auberge for your stay here in Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Although our medieval village is small, it offers a wealth of adventures.

Experience the local market every Wednesday morning at the Place de la Libération - just make sure not to park your car there on Tuesday night, as it will be towed.

Around the square, you will find several boules courts. Enjoy watching the locals play or join in yourself — boules can be borrowed from the basket at the entrance.

The beach is a 30-minute drive away. Heading towards Nice, you will find rocky beaches, and towards Cannes, sandy beaches.
If you would like to cool down completely, the Loup River runs through our neighboring village, Pont-du-Loup. Enjoy the crystal-clear, ice-cold water or simply take a beautiful walk along the river.

  • Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted. Many marked trails start directly from the village or nearby:

    • The Gorges du Loup, offering spectacular walks between cliffs and waterfalls.

    • The Puy trail, with stunning panoramic views over the coastline and countryside.

    • Scenic routes toward Saint-Paul-de-Vence through olive groves and Provençal landscapes.

    • Trails within the Parc naturel régional des Préalpes d’Azur, perfect for those seeking preserved natural surroundings.

    Whether you are an occasional walker or an experienced hiker, you will find routes suited to all levels.

  • The region is also ideal for cycling, whether road biking, gravel, or mountain biking:

    • The climb to Gourdon, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, offers both a sporting challenge and exceptional views.

    • Panoramic roads towards Vence and surrounding hilltop villages.

    • Routes along the Gorges du Loup, very popular with cyclists.

    • Numerous tracks and trails suitable for mountain biking in the surrounding countryside.

Please feel free to ask us for recommendations — we will be happy to suggest routes suited to your level and guide you to bike rental services if needed.

Also not to be missed is the prestigious art gallery Fondation Maeght, located nearby.
